Shipping Area

At this time, BSBG ships only within the United States.

Order Processing

Many BSBG products are made especially for you after your order is placed. Please allow approximately 2–5 business days for production and fulfillment. Standard U.S. shipping typically takes an additional 3–4 business days. Estimated total delivery time is approximately 5–9 business days, although delays may occur.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or periods of high demand.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates are provided after production and are not guaranteed.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the address.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense. BSBG is not responsible for orders delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with household members, neighbors, and the shipping carrier. You may also contact us through our Contact Us page, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly through our Contact Us page. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
